At KinkStitch, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our policy to understand how returns are handled.
Returns
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received including claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for an item that is misprinted/damaged/defective. We do not offer size exchanges. Our size chart is located on every product and on our sizing chart page to help you find the perfect fit. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our team at contact@kinkstitch.com with your order number and reason for return. If your claim is for a misprinted/damaged/defective or incorrect item, please include a photograph of the item with your request. We will review the return request and communicate return instructions if approved.
*Important: Do not send your item back to us without first receiving approval and instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Non-Refundable Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
