Shipping Policy

At KinkStitch, we’re committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery for your orders.

 

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

2. Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and product purchases. Currently, KinkStitch ships to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and Canada. If you are not located in one of these locations please contact us for shipping options. 

 

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

4. Delivery Issues

KinkStitch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

 

5. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. KinkStitch is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an error is discovered after placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@kinkstitch.com.

 

6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and customs procedures (for international orders). KinkStitch is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

 

7. Pre-Orders and Backorders

For items available for pre-order or on backorder, please refer to the estimated shipping date provided on the product page. We will notify you if there are any delays beyond the expected ship date.

 

8. Damaged Items in Transit

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@kinkstitch.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. 

 

9. Customs duties and taxes

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. KinkStitch is not responsible for these fees.
